Heist of the century is the most difficult Escape Kit in our collection. It is an ideal Escape Room for teenagers and adults.
Material needed:

- A full ink cartridge
- Scissors
- A cutter
- Glue
- Tape
Absolutely! Our escape rooms are designed so that everyone can play them: in a house or in an apartment, indoors or outdoors, in one or several rooms.
Of course. If there are more than 5 or 6 players, make teams of no more than 5/6 people. For example, if you organize a birthday party or team building with 20 players, make 4 groups of 5 and print the Escape Kit 4 times.
- Multiple groups?
You can separate your main room into two, for example (with chairs or ropes), and then have two groups play in different parts of the room.
- Short on space?
Have each group play at a table in the same room.
During the game, it is necessary to use the internet to access the clues and answers to help the children if needed. However, this page can be accessed from a phone for simplicity.
Of course!
You can set up the game outside, either in your garden or in a park. Psst, be careful with the wind 😉
To purchase this Escape Room, simply:
- Add the game to the cart
- Enter your data (name, last name, email)
- Confirm your order
- Open and download the Zip file received by email from a computer
- Read the setup and printing guide
- Print the game and prepare it according to the setup guide
- Start the timer, and you are ready for 1 hour of Escape Room adventure at home!
We have designed guides to help you as much as possible with the setup: a printing guide, a setup guide and clues and answers guide.
It is very simple. 🙂
Yes, a parent, for example, must be present to guide the children and help them in their mission.
We recommend that the game master read the documents carefully and test the game before starting the activity.
This game can be played in the main room. Not enough space? It can only be played at the table. However, for a memorable and immersive experience, it is strongly recommended to hide the clues as indicated in the guide.

Eric Kristoff–
I ran a 90-minute event using “Heist of the Century” for about 50 geocachers, ages 20-80. Geocachers look for containers hidden at very specific coordinates in the real world and often have to solve puzzles to get those coordinates, so I felt this “escape kit” would be right up their alley.
They were split into 7 groups at separate tables in one large room. I divided the puzzles up into 6 stages with all info and puzzle pieces stored in a manila envelope (42 envelopes total). As they finished each stage I would validate their answer to the puzzle and then give them the envelope for the next stage. I provided hints to prevent teams from falling too far behind, while still making sure teams that could solve puzzles on their own stayed in the lead.
The event was a huge hit! Everyone was focused on the puzzles and joking with other teams as they progressed. They’ve already asked me when I will run another one. The story was engaging and worked well with the puzzles provided. I would certainly buy another puzzle from this site.
There were a couple things that could be improved on, though.
I had to read through the game several times to understand what each puzzle was and how to solve it. I still don’t totally understand how the first “Security Department” puzzle worked, but I made up my own instructions based on the prop provided. There may have been issues in what I’m assuming is a translation to English.
In the “Banking Operations Department” puzzle, there were faint green shapes on a black background that I had issues printing so that the shapes could be seen clearly. I tried a couple of printers but ended up importing the image into Photoshop and adjusting the contrast to get something usable.
I also adding “White Rabbit” one-way communications with each stage to more clearly define what the group of “thieves” had to do to get past each department puzzle in the bank. It helped things go more smoothly, since it was just me guiding seven teams at different points of the heist.
Overall, “Heist of the Century” delivered a dynamic and rewarding experience that perfectly matched the puzzle-solving spirit of the geocaching community. Despite a few minor setup challenges, the kit’s clever structure and immersive storyline kept all participants engaged from start to finish. The modular format allowed me to tailor the flow for a large group, and the excitement in the room was palpable as teams raced through each stage. The laughter, collaboration, and post-event enthusiasm made it clear this was a memorable hit. I’m already looking forward to trying another escape kit from this creator.
Ana–
I love it!! For the birthday of my daughter, it was really funny with everything you needed. I will definitely repeat

I did it with my team at work to strengthen team spirit.
It was hilarious watching them work through it together and they managed it !
One of the puzzle was quite tricky to get (even for the game master) but overall it was very well rounded.
